Know someone or a team of someones who have done something to raise the tech savvy of the community or support the development of others?
This person or team has built a program or process that has somehow improved the overall product, reduced costs or tightened up an internal process.
Customer acquisition and retention is of course the lifeblood of any company, this person or team has created a marketing or sales campaign, process, methodology that has helped boost the company’s bottom line.
Personas, the customer journey, experience mapping...it’s all about the customer experience. This person or team has created an innovative way to solve a problem, or surprise and delight for your customers.
Students are doing amazing things in tech today...many launching their own ventures before they even graduate. If you know of a student or team of students who are rising stars in the tech space, we want to know about them too!

Ji Mi has served in leadership roles for the United Nations Development Programme and in various capacities for numerous start-up organizations—not-for- profit and for profit and has been involved in political campaigns.
